What a great family-ran place, the Mum is the mastermind behind the food, with the Father front of house, and even the son taking orders. It’s a dry restaurant but you can BYOB and they can even chill it for you. The food is so flavourful, but do not expect the same as British Indian restaurants, this is traditional Indian food. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere and lovely music too! Thank you so much

ABSOLUTELY a hidden gem that we came across by chance, completely grateful that we did. The food was SO good that we had to make sure to try eachothers - everything was delicious. Everything was made from scratch and you could tell, I can not imagine a way to cook what I ordered better. The staff were very sincere and helpful, the owner made an effort to talk to us and told us how him and his wife work during the day and run the restaurant during the afternoon. I am completely enamored by their work ethic I have a lot of respect for them both. I live further into London but if I ever find myself NEAR the area I will make sure to pop in - the food and service really was THAT good.
What an unexpected and wonderful discovery! Found this place when needing to eat before a concert at Saffron Hall (only 5 mins away). Superb authentic and delicious food! Lovely staff and relaxed informal atmosphere. Wish I’d known this existed before! Go! It’s brilliant!
This is an absolute hidden gem and will worth a pilgrimage even if you aren't local. Delicious food, lovely (and I mean lovely) staff. If you want some authentic Indian cuisine this is the the place for you. Go. You won't regret it.
Ordered mixed veg paratha, dahi puri chat, gulab jamun and an Indian masala chai. Food arrived within expected time, delivered by a really delightful smiley delivery man. Food is delicious, well-seasoned and not excessively spicy. Made for a lovely lunch and the chai was the ultimate cozy autumn beverage. Will definitely order again - highly recommended. Adding an edit as I’ve now been in for lunch - everything I said before still stands. We had a fantastic lunch and the staff are delightful. Genuinely well worth a visit. Can’t wait to return!
We had ordered food for a baby shower function of 35 people and food was delivered in time, was absolutely delicious, freshly made and the portion size was generous. Thanks for the attention to detail as some guests had allergy and food restrictions yet it was all taken care of.
We just had a supreme feast. There’s such a variety of dishes available, each with unique flavours and clearly made with love. The dosa is the best I’ve had (crispy and juicy at the same time, generously filled), and they’ve taken biryani to another level that my words won’t do justice. Can also recommend the methi paratha and alu paratha (not pictured)! Great value for money aswell, we had plenty left over to take away. There’s nowhere in Cambridge that comes close.
